Sarah has been in the hospitality industry for over a decade. Starting out in James Beard award winning restaurants and luxury hotels both in Chicago and Detroit, she landed on event planning and has never looked back. In 2017, Sarah Rhodes Boyce Weddings was born. With a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Wedding Planning & Design was the natural choice.
After fulfilling the need to live in the big city, Sarah calls southwest Michigan home. Often you can find her outdoors listening to a perfectly curated playlist daydreaming and finding beauty in her surroundings.
With a magnetic personality full of enthusiasm and optimism, Sarah lives for the organized chaos only a wedding can bring.

Lauren has been a part of the industry since her first job at a wedding venue at age 16. Now, with a decade of experience later, Lauren is a vital asset to the team. Born and raised in Traverse City, Lauren possesses deep rooted appreciation and innate local knowledge for northern Michigan.
LAUREN IS KNOWN FOR HER GENUINE RELATIONSHIP BUILDING NATURE AND ABILITY TO LEAVE NO DETAIL FORGOTTEN. HER PROACTIVE AND POLISHED APPROACH MAKES HER INDISPENSABLE TO BRIDES THROUGHOUT THE PLANNING PROCESS.
