In Leelanau County, there is insurmountable beauty. Instead of hosting the Ceremony near the venues building, we decided an adventure was in store for our clients’ guests. We rented six golf carts with drivers to take guests up a five minute trip to a lovely natural sanctuary amid the woods. Nature was the biggest inspiration for this wedding, taking place in September with the leaves just beginning to change color. Hues of rust, marigold and copper were influenced by the season. Velvet linens and beautiful farm tables graced the Scandinavian interior. A salute to the brides late father was with a heineken bottle for each guest, her fathers favorite beer.
